Drug Uses

Tulasi is a herbal formulation that helps support the respiratory system. It is a potent anti-asthmatic and is extremely effective when used in catarrh and bronchitis.

How it is taken

1 capsule must be taken twice a day before meals with a glass of milk. If you are taking other allopathic drugs, then space it about 1 hour after taking Tulasi.

Drug Class & Mechanism

Tulasi has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties that provides excellent respiratory support.

Missed Dosage

If you miss a dose of Tulasi and you are on a regular dosage then you may take it as soon as you remember and adjust the remaining doses accordingly. However, if it is nearly time for the next dose then you may skip this dose and continue with the regular dosage. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.

Storage

Store it at room temperature (between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C) in an air tight container protecting it from direct exposure to light, heat and moisture. Keep away from pets and children.

Warnings/Precautions

Tulasi must only be used in children over 14 years of age.

Possible Side Effects

It has no side effects if taken according to the recommended dosage.
